Shipping Policy

Order times & dispatch


At Caerynys Shed Jewellery, each piece of jewellery is handmade and many of the pieces are made to order, which can take from 1-2 weeks before dispatch depending on the complexity of the piece and the chosen metal. 

If you require your piece/s by a specific date, please let us know and we can try our best to accomodate to you. 


We must receive payment (or deposit at least, subjection to condition) for the piece/s that you order before your order can be accepted.  Once payment has been received we will notify you via email.


For pieces not marked as made to order, we aim to dispatch within 2 days. 

UK delivery

Delivery costs are optional between Royal Mail 1st Class Signed For (£3.85) which aims to deliver the next working day, will be signed for upon delivery and covers pieces up to £50. Alternatively, Royal Mail Special Delivery (£7.35) delivers the next day before 1pm, is provided with a tracking number and covers pieces up to £500. Special delivery is recommended for higher value pieces. 


Please note that although this is a next day delivery service, we will need to make the jewellery first, once your order has been placed. Therefore the next day delivery time is from the date of dispatch and not the date the order is placed.  You will receive a confirmation email when your order has been finished and dispatched.


Once your order has been dispatched we cannot take responsibility for any damage during transit or lost orders, however will try our best to help you track down any lost orders. A 'proof of postage' slip is provided to us for every order we post, should you be requiring it. 


Sustainability is important to us, and that goes for our packaging too. Your order will be posted to you in a hessian bag wrapped with eco friendly paper in a recyclable kraft box, including a business card, thank you card and a seasonal gift. Your order will be in a non-branded external envelope for extra protection.
