Returns & Refunds


If you are not completely satisfied with your online purchase and would like to return the item for a refund, please return it in its original condition within 7 days of receipt.

Please note some pieces are exempt from return:

- earrings (for hygienic reasons)

- personalised pieces

- commissions

In the unlikely event that your jewellery is faulty or breaks due to an imperfection, we will offer a refund or replacement where possible, after the piece has been returned. Refunds will be issued within 7 days. 

You are responsible for the postage, we recommend you use Special Delivery, or via any other secure, track-able service. We do not accept any responsibility for return postage costs, nor for any items lost, stolen or damaged in transit, these responsibilities are those of the customer.

There is a minimum fee of £10 (not including postage to us or from us) to resize rings purchased from us - this is dependent on the complexity of the design, if it includes stones/seaglass or in the unlikely event that the whole piece has to be remade.
